What cause is The Art Therapy Shop committed too?
The Art Therapy Shop is not only dedicated to bringing you colorful products. This shop is focused on building a creative community, spreading joy and inspiration, providing education about the healing arts, and engaging the public in the creative process.
The goal of The Art Therapy Shop is to give back to the healing arts community by donating a portion of proceeds to non-profit organizations who also share a passion for the expressive arts!
As the shop grows, so does its impact on the creative community.
What size do I wear in apparel items?
Please refer to the size guide/chart which is provided on each apparel item listing. If you have any further questions or concerns please email, call, chat, or text me. I am always happy to help! Especially if you are needing a size that you do not see listed for an apparel item.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! However please keep in mind tracked shipping is not currently available for international orders.
I currently do not have the ability to ship to the following countries: North Korea, Crimea, Iran, Cuba, Syria.

Do you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, The Art Therapy Shop is not able to send packages to a P.O. Box address at this time. My printing partner fulfills each order and ships the order out for me.
How long does shipping typically take?
The Art Therapy Shop currently uses standard (Flat) rate shipping for orders. I hope to be able to provide express and overnight shipping in the near future!
United States: On average about 10-14 business days for apparel items and up to 10 business days for non-apparel items.
Canada: On average about 13-17 days for apparel items and 11-15 days for non-apparel items.
Internationally: 12-27 days for apparel items and 10 to 25 days for non-apparel items. (*Import tax, custom fees, and duties may apply upon delivery. These fees are the customers responsibility.*)
How can I track my order?
U.S. Orders: Please check your email. You will be sent a confirmation email with tracking code once your package has shipped out.
*Tracked shipping not available for international order at this time.
How do I fix a shipping address mistake?
If you find you have made a mistake on the delivery address, please contact me immediately at the following email: Hello@thearttherapyshop.com.
You may also contact me via phone, text, or chat.
If an order is resent to us due to address error it may be re-shipped, but shipping will be at your own expense.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact me immediately. Once an order has been sent to our printer and fulfillment center it may not be canceled and no refunds can be issued once the product is being created.
Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?
The Art Therapy Shop is committed to producing high quality products.
Each order confirmation will provide you with a tracking code as each separate package is being shipped out.
Can I get a refund on my purchase?
I always aim to ensure my customers love their products by purchasing samples and testing out products before they are placed in my shop.
At this time returns/refunds are only available for shipments of wrong items (i.e. fulfillment partner error) or damaged items in transit.
If you receive the wrong order please contact me as soon as possible by email, chat, or phone. Make sure to send pictures of the order as well as order number. I will assist you in returning the items and refunding you the money. Please see full return/refund policy here.
I received a damaged product, what do I do?
I am so sorry to hear that you received a damaged package. Although this is very rare, things happen during transit. Please contact me via chat, phone, or email. Send pictures of the product and receipt with your order number. I will be happy to assist you. Please refer to full shipping policy here.
Can I return or exchange my product?
The Art Therapy Shop cannot return or exchange your product. Each product is made to order by a separate fulfillment partner that does not accept returns or exchanges of purchases.
*If you receive the wrong products or your package is damaged in transit please reach out to me so I can sort this out.*

I think my package was lost/stolen. What should I do?
If you believe your package was lost or stolen please check with your carrier first.
If you believe your package was lost but your tracking stated it was "delivered", I cannot cover the price of a refund. You will need to reach out to your carrier so that they can provide you with further details on where the package was left when it was delivered.
If a package is marked as unclaimed and sent back to the printing facility. The package may be re-shipped to you with the corrected address at your own cost.
*International orders: Please contact me if you believe your order was lost in transit as soon as possible.*
The Art Therapy Shop is not responsible for stolen packages. You will need to submit a claim with the carrier in this instance.

Can I return a digital product or be refunded for a digital download purchase?
Digital products/downloads are not eligible for returns or refunds.
